Advantages of the model
1. The entire machine frame is welded with steel parts, which are durable and not deformed, and the design is stable and solid.
2. This machine adopts a sliding translation system, which facilitates the installation of molds and the alignment adjustment of mold heads and molds.
3. This machine adopts the transmission principle of a reduction motor and a lifting acceleration machine, along with the lifting of the mold head and extrusion system, to adapt to the height of different molds and the requirements of different blow molding processes.
4. The storage mold head adopts a double envelope line, which ensures fast glue pressing, no reverse glue, and more uniform discharge.

Performance characteristics of the model
1. Suitable for producing PE, PP, EVA, ABS, K materials below 10L TPU、 Hollow plastic products made of materials such as nylon.
2. Adopting the German Siemens TP700 color touch screen 7-inch color screen with a resolution of 800 x 48016 million pixels.
3. Equipped with platform lifting function, it can adapt to different mold heights and blow molding process requirements.
4. The hydraulic system adopts proportional technology to optimize the hydraulic oil circuit design, which has the characteristics of energy saving, fast action, and convenient parameter adjustment.
5. The dual proportional valve controls the flow rate and pressure of the oil circuit, the directional valve controls the flow direction, the deceleration valve brakes, and the action is smooth and fast. Automatic lubrication system reduces equipment maintenance workload.
6. Using well-known pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical control components, with a long service life.
7. The die head pressure piston and storage chamber are made of extremely hard and wear-resistant materials, which are durable and long-lasting.
8. This machine is equipped with a pull-down device that can stretch the material tube to both sides and blow air, making the bottle shape more uniform and full.
9. For large-diameter material pipes, the machine is equipped with a pre clamping bottle preform device to bond the material pipe opening for inserting a pen and blowing air.
10. The pre sealing cutting device can ensure that the length of the extruded material tube is consistent, avoiding the waste of raw materials and the inability to blow mold caused by excessively long material tubes.
11. Strengthen the hardening type cold treatment screw, equipped with plasticizing die head, dual plasticizing, good plasticizing effect, large extrusion volume, and wear-resistant screw barrel.
12. The force design at the center of the template ensures the uniformity of the locking force.
13. The entire mold template system is made of ductile iron, which is stable, solid, durable, and does not deform.

Model operation and precautions
1. Preparation before production
1.1 Check whether the machine has any damaged parts or components, whether the screws are loose, and whether the wires and cables are damaged or detached. If there is any damage, it should be replaced or repaired in a timely manner; Check for debris in the extruder hopper and clean it thoroughly, then close the material gate.
1.2 Check whether the moving parts are firm, whether the screws are loose or detached, especially in areas with strong impact, and whether the belt transmission part is abnormal.
1.3 Check whether the high-pressure gas source, low-pressure gas source, power supply, and water source are normal.
1.4 Check if all emergency stop switches, safety door switches, and protection device detection switches are functioning properly.
1.5 Check whether each pneumatic component leaks air and whether the action is sensitive.
1.6 Please strictly follow the procedures in the operation manual.
2. Normal production
When the machine is in normal production, there needs to be a dedicated person responsible for monitoring and promptly handling any problems found. Due to the high degree of machine automation, the workload during normal production is minimal. Users only need to add raw materials at regular intervals and use containers to collect products and scraps at the machine location.
