4、 Instructions for using a horizontal mixer:
1. Add thermal oil to the oil level line according to the machine's markings. Heating for 8 hours on the first day should not exceed 100 ℃.
2. Check if the power wiring is correct and if the motor is running in the same direction as the arrow.
3. Start the motor first, then heat it up and adjust the temperature control to the appropriate temperature.
4. After heating, do not stop stirring to prevent the raw materials from clumping due to heat.
5、 Maintenance method for horizontal mixer:
1. Check the gear oil of the reducer every three months to ensure it is sufficient;
2. Check if the thermal oil is sufficient once a month;
3. Add high-temperature butter to both bearings every half month;
4. Clean the air inlet screen of the motor once every three days;
