Liansheng die-casting machine is designed and manufactured according to international standards, using the latest industrial technology, combined with years of experience in die-casting machine design and theoretical verification, to design a new generation of Liansheng proprietary technology cold chamber die-casting machine. Adopting Siemens control system from Germany, with powerful functions and injection system performance reaching international industry standards. A powerful and efficient locking system design, with a more reasonable force distribution and smoother operation of the elbow motion mechanism, resulting in better system rigidity. The LS series cold chamber die-casting machine is the preferred choice for automotive parts, electrical appliances, communication, and all high-end die-casting products.

Key Features:

·Adopting a modular structure design, customers can configure the machine reasonably according to product requirements;

·Maximum air injection velocity: ≥ 8m/s, pressurization and pressure building time: ≤ 20ms (large machine), ≤ 15ms (small machine);

·Optional automatic mold locking force adjustment function, making mold adjustment more efficient and agile;

·Equipped with interfaces for various peripheral devices as standard, we can provide customers with complete die-casting units;

·Comes standard with a 15L large lubricating oil tank.

We use world-class hydraulic components such as Rexroth, Tokyo Instruments, and Oil Research, as well as high-performance, low-noise oil pumps, to ensure stable pressure and flow.

The energy storage device has a large capacity, rapid pressure building, fast building speed, low pressure drop, sufficient energy, and more stable and efficient pressure and speed during the injection process.



The fast injection and boost pressure and flow rate are achieved through high-precision electric proportional valves for screen setting, easy adjustment, high stability, and easy storage and retrieval (standard for large machines, optional for small machines).



Innovative overall box type formwork and thickened design ensure high rigidity, strength, and stability, increasing service life.



The design of machine hinges and template hinge ears should be increased and widened to achieve more uniform force distribution, reduce stress deformation, and enhance impact resistance.

The high tensile alloy steel guide column specially designed by Liansheng Patent extends its service life.



The control system adopts top-level well-known electrical control components such as Siemens and Omron, which respond quickly, have high control accuracy, strong anti-interference ability, and can work stably in harsh environments with low maintenance and damage rates.
