The assistive robotic arm is a purely pneumatic handling machine. It can be divided into hard arm type (with movable joints, universal movement) and soft arm type (vertical stroke steel cable). The automatic balancing of the assistive robotic arm is controlled by a logical pneumatic circuit, which intelligently senses the weight of the load and determines the load and no-load status of the gripper. Automatically balance heavy objects in the air, float without gravity, and move in a universal manner in three-dimensional space, assisting the robotic arm to pause in any space during work and facilitating the handling and positioning of heavy objects. During the transportation process, only one percent of the weight of the heavy object needs to be handled by hand.
When designing solutions for users, we can also incorporate lifting systems such as pneumatic hoists, pneumatic balancers, cylinders, etc. based on the operating environment and mode. This not only meets the user's operational requirements but also reduces their investment in equipment.
Our company's assistive robotic arm adopts a specially designed low friction main cylinder, which is particularly lightweight when manually operated, allowing both women and children to control it freely.
In addition, our company's assistive robotic arm is equipped with 5 types of safety devices.
Safety performance: Heavy objects in a floating state will not be released even if the operator accidentally operates them. They can only be released when they rely on gravity. In case of sudden gas loss, the safety pressure system will automatically activate to prevent the arm from suddenly descending. It can lock three rotating joints to prevent the arm from rotating freely, automatically recognize the weight of the work, and only lift work within the weight limit range.
The gripping methods of the assistive robotic arm include clamps, vacuum suction cups, hooks, forks, etc. The installation methods include ground fixed, ground mobile, ceiling lifting, and ceiling sliding rail mobile.
In the industry, our assistive robotic arm, also known as labor-saving lifting equipment, manual transfer machine, etc., is a gravity free manual load-bearing system, a novel assistive device used for labor-saving operations during material handling.
Our assistive robotic arms are playing an increasingly important role in creating comfortable working environments, reducing labor intensity, ensuring job safety, and improving production efficiency.
