Non excavation pipeline repair projectWith the rapid development of urban construction, the construction of drainage pipelines has been increasing year by year, and the scale of urban underground pipe networks continues to expand. However, according to the research results on the construction and operation of drainage pipelines, in addition to the pipelines that were built in the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China and have been in use for more than half a century, some newly built pipelines have also suffered structural and functional damage due to poor local geological conditions and other reasons. Repair technology emerged in developed countries in the 1970s and gradually formed an industry thereafter. This technology has unique technical features, and compared with traditional pipeline repair techniques, it has significant advantages in ensuring the safety of pipelines and buildings around the project, and ensuring smooth traffic. It is increasingly being valued by countries around the world.
Non excavation pipeline repair projectClassification:
Common drainage repair techniques can be divided into soil grouting method, embedded repair method, sleeve ring method, local lining, on-site solidification lining, spiral pipe lining, short pipe and segment lining, traction lining, coating method, and cracking pipe method; According to the purpose of repair, it can be divided into three types: anti-seepage leakage type, anti-corrosion corrosion type, and reinforced structure type; According to the scope of repair, it can be divided into three categories: auxiliary repair, local repair, and overall repair.
Technical Introduction
1. Auxiliary repair is used for foundation reinforcement and anti-seepage treatment, commonly using soil grouting method. The soil grouting method involves injecting grout into the surrounding soil and interface areas of the drainage pipeline, inspecting the bottom plate of the well, and surrounding wellbore walls from the inside of the pipe to the outside or from the ground downwards, forming a waterproof curtain to prevent leakage.
2. Local repair is a method of repairing defects such as local damage, interface misalignment, and local corrosion in old pipelines.
3. Overall repair refers to the reinforcement and repair of the entire pipe section between two inspection wells.
