The fully automatic infrared spectrophotometer consists of fully automatic operating software, ultraviolet spectroscopy system, and magnetic stirring extraction system. The entire process is automated, without the need for operators to come into contact with n-hexane, including automatic sampling, automatic extraction, automatic water and impurity removal, automatic measurement, automatic cleaning, automatic drainage, and data storage. The instrument uses extraction solvent n-hexane at a certain extraction ratio, and adopts drum type three-dimensional stirring technology to extract oil from water. Then, the extraction solution is separated from water and impurities through an oil-water separation device and introduced into a colorimetric dish. The machine adopts drum type three-dimensional mixing technology to extract oil from water, remove water and impurities, and then measure it in a colorimetric dish. The built-in magnesium silicate adsorption device can measure the content of petroleum and animal and vegetable oils. After the measurement is completed, the instrument will automatically discharge and clean the waste.
