The equipment consists of several parts, including furnace body, heating and insulation system, vacuum system, servo electric cylinder pressurization system, inflation and deflation system, water cooling system, control system, etc.

1 Furnace door

The furnace door adopts a double-layer stainless steel (SUS304) water sandwich flange structure, which is welded together with the flange to form a whole. The inner wall is polished and the outer wall is brushed. The furnace door is equipped with cooling water inlet and outlet interfaces, observation windows, furnace door locking devices, etc. The door lock is tightened using a handwheel to ensure that the equipment operates under slight positive pressure.

2 furnace bodies

The furnace body adopts a double-layer stainless steel (SUS304) water-cooled structure, and the upper and lower parts of the furnace body are welded with upper and lower pressure head mounting seats. There is a dovetail shaped sealing groove on the front flange plane, which is sealed with an O-shaped silicone rubber sealing ring. Polishing the inner wall of the furnace and drawing the outer wall. The side of the furnace is equipped with cooling water inlet and outlet, vacuum suction port, thermocouple installation port, electrode installation seat, etc.

3 gantry frames

The gantry is composed of upper and lower crossbeams, double columns, and a box body, serving as upper and lower pressure head supports and furnace body supports.

4 Heating and insulation system

High quality molybdenum wire/strip is used as the heating element for heating, distributed on both sides, ensuring even heating of the product. The insulation adopts multi-layer metal reflective screens, with multi-layer molybdenum reflective screens on the inner layer and SUS304 reflective screens on the outer layer, providing good insulation effect and impact resistance. The entire heat shield is fixed with a metal frame for easy installation and maintenance. The temperature control adopts an S-type thermocouple, and two monitoring thermocouples are arranged at the upper and lower positions (in the working area) of the main temperature control to monitor the temperature of the temperature field. 5 Vacuum system

The vacuum system adopts a two-stage pump configuration, consisting of one TK-200 diffusion pump, one TRP-36 direct connection pump, high vacuum valve, inflation valve, deflation valve, vacuum pressure gauge, vacuum measurement gauge, etc. The connection between the vacuum pipeline and the pump uses metal bellows to reduce vibration, and the measurement of vacuum degree is performed by a digital composite vacuum gauge.
