Model Description

1. The first barrel processes the liquid through a filter bag to remove organic compounds from the liquid, while the second barrel filters out impurities from the liquid after filtering the first barrel, resulting in higher filtration accuracy.

2. The main barrel is made of PP material injection molded in one piece, which is sturdy and durable, not easy to crack, and resistant to high temperature, high pressure, and acid and alkali.

3. The vertical design of the filter material group makes it easy to replace each component and can be replaced at any time according to customer requirements.

4. Pumps can be selected from various options such as self-priming pumps and shaft sealed magnetic pumps.

5. Featuring a unique internal circulation tube and detection port, it can effectively stir filter aid powder and carbon powder, average surface pressure, and measure, preventing carbon leakage and ensuring precision filtration quality.

6. All control ball valves and power supplies are operated from the front, which is ergonomic.

7. The power switch is an ON-OFF toggle switch.

Operating instructions

The double barrel precision liquid medicine filter machine is a new model specially designed and developed for high precision requirements of the filter machine. A series of significant improvements have been made to the pump and filter barrel sections, making the machine more robust and durable. The specific operation is as follows:

1. High precision double barrel series filtration operation instructions:

(1) Brief explanation: By switching through ball valves, 1 barrel and 2 barrels are connected in series. The filtered liquid first goes through 1 barrel of coarse filtration, and then through 2 barrels of fine filtration. The filtered liquid undergoes secondary filtration, making the liquid cleaner and improving the filtration accuracy.

(2) Specific operation: Open the inlet ball valve and shut-off valve, exhaust valve, and dosing tank. Close the outlet ball valve, drain valve, and circulation valve, fill the pump and inlet pipeline with liquid from the dosing tank, then close the dosing valve and turn on the power switch

The pump starts running, allowing gas and liquid to be discharged into the dosing tank through the exhaust valve. After the air is exhausted, the exhaust valve is closed and the outlet ball valve is opened, and the filter machine works normally.

2. Filter material replacement:

(1) Filter material needs to be cleaned and judged: When the pressure gauge pointer points to the following range, the filter material needs to be replaced

3. Attention:

(1) Please check various protective switches before starting up. For example, whether the pipeline ball valve and the liquid level in the tank are normal, and whether the power protection switch is in the normal operating position.

(2) During operation, attention should be paid to whether the liquid in the filter is corrosive, and safety should be taken into account. Wear a protective face mask and safety shoes and socks.
