3、 Characteristics of the crushing and cleaning integrated machine:

5、 Instructions for using the crushing and cleaning integrated machine:
（1） Preparation before operation:
1. Carefully check whether the power cord of the equipment is damaged or not, and whether the grounding device is in good condition to prevent electric shock accidents.
2. Open the knife chamber and crushing bin to check for residual plastic and other foreign objects. If there are any foreign objects, they should be cleaned up in a timely manner.
3. Close the crushing bin and tighten the fixing screws.
（2） Operating procedures and methods:
1. Connect the power, start the device, and carefully observe whether there is any abnormal noise during the operation of the equipment.
2. After confirming that the equipment is operating normally, proceed with the materials that need to be crushed.
3. After the material inside the blade chamber is completely crushed, new material can be added.
4. Once the blade gets stuck, the equipment must be immediately shut down and the power must be cut off before handling.
5. The device can only be restarted after the fault has been resolved.
（3） Post operation work:
1. After the material is crushed, turn off the switch and cut off the power.
2. Open the knife chamber and crushing bin, and clean the remaining materials in the crushing bin.
3. Close the crushing bin and tighten the fixing screws.
4. Sort the broken plastic into woven bags and place them in the designated location in the workshop.
5. Clean up the equipment, machinery, and surrounding ground hygiene.
（4） Safety operating procedures:
1. It is strictly prohibited to put too much broken plastic at once, which may cause jamming and burn out the motor.
2. When the equipment is running, it is strictly prohibited to put hands into the crusher for operation to avoid injury.
3. It is strictly prohibited to put hard objects or the like into the crusher to cause damage to the blades.
4. It is strictly prohibited to place water bottles, scissors, blades and other debris on the equipment to prevent foreign objects from falling into the feeding port and damaging the equipment.
5. Regularly lubricate and maintain the operating parts.
