1. Uniform particle size and easy control; A plastic high-speed mixer is a device that forces wet powder mixtures through a sieve under the positive and negative rotation of a rotating drum to produce particles. By adjusting the tightness of the sieve and the speed of the drum, the particle size and density can be controlled to a certain extent.

The shaft rotation seal is good and will not contaminate materials: The main shaft of the plastic high-speed mixer is located above the gearbox and is designed with a tight shaft head seal structure to ensure that the shaft does not leak oil or penetrate materials, avoiding material contamination by lubricating oil and meeting GMP requirements.

3. Electromagnetic speed regulation, with both deceleration and acceleration functions; The machine adopts an electromagnetic speed control device to change the spindle speed. Before testing the machine, carefully check whether the connected power supply meets the requirements of the machine. All components are fully installed, and according to the circuit diagram, there are no errors in the circuits connected during installation. All lubrication points should be filled with lubricating oil (grease) and the rust proof oil should be wiped clean from all parts of the machine.

The mixer should start from no-load start-up, then undergo load testing, and check whether the pneumatic parts are normal and whether the discharge door is properly opened and closed. After trial operation, it will be put into production for use.

After using the machine, if it is not used for a short period of time, the inner wall of the pot and the stirring blade should be carefully wiped clean. When not in use for a long time, rust proof oil should be applied.

Requirements for each lubrication point:

The main shaft of the mixer is lubricated with No. 2 sodium based grease (GB492-65) and refilled once a day.

Full machine maintenance should be carried out every six months, including replacing seals and checking the condition of electrical circuits and components.

Note: When using electric heating at the upper interface, the screw hole should not be blocked for easy ventilation.

2. This machine is not allowed to start with load. Start at low speed without load first, and then add material to the feeding machine.
