The working principle of the assistive robotic arm is as follows:
By detecting the gas pressure inside the suction cup or end fixture of the robotic arm and the balance cylinder, it can automatically identify whether there is a load on the robotic arm, and adjust the air pressure inside the balance cylinder through the pneumatic logic control circuit to achieve automatic balance. When working, heavy objects are suspended in the air, which can avoid collisions during product docking. Within the working range of the robotic arm, the operator can easily move it back, forth, left, right, up and down to any position, and the personnel themselves can operate it easily. At the same time, the pneumatic circuit also has interlocking protection functions such as preventing misoperation and loss of pressure protection. A very important point is that the pneumatic balance crane does not require an electronic control system, only compressed air and vacuum source (depending on the working situation) are needed to work, which is very convenient.
