The FP type reinforced polypropylene centrifugal pump series products all adopt mechanical seals and introduce international advanced processes and technical formulas. CFR-PP (reinforced polypropylene) is used as the material of the pump.   1. 1. Plastic pumps should be installed horizontally, and the pump body should not bear the weight of the pipeline. For special requirements for vertical installation, the motor must be facing upwards.
  2. 2. Add water to the pump body before use. When the suction liquid level is higher than the axis line, open the suction pipeline valve before starting. If the suction liquid level is lower than the pump axis line, the pipeline needs to be equipped with a bottom valve.
  3. 3. Before starting the motor, check whether its rotation direction is consistent with the pump direction mark.
  4. 4. The conveyed medium and temperature should be within the allowable range of the pump material (see attached table). Centrifugal pumps should be used at temperatures FP ≤ 80 ℃ and FS ≤ 60 ℃. The temperature rise of the motor should not exceed 80 ℃, and the ambient temperature should be less than 40 ℃.
  5. 5. No no-load operation is allowed.
