Designed and manufactured in accordance with the regulations of 3-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments - Increased Safety Type" e ", capable of meeting the special requirements of customers.

Configuration and characteristics of explosion-proof screw chiller unit
1. Compressor
Selected from BITZER (Germany), HANBELL (Taiwan Hanzhong) and other original imported new high-efficiency screw rotary compressors (with the most advanced 5:6 patented asymmetric rotor tooth shape), the efficiency is 20% -30% higher than that of general compressors. It adopts a finned coil air exchanger (no cooling water system required), matched with a condenser made of high-quality and high-efficiency copper tubes and world-renowned brand components, making the unit have the advantages of small size, low noise, high energy, long service life, and easy operation. Its beautiful and exquisite appearance design and reliable and stable high-efficiency quality stand out among similar products!
2. Evaporator
The evaporator copper tube adopts an internally and externally threaded reinforced tube. The surface of the copper tube has threads, the outer surface of the copper tube is smooth, and the cooling effect is good. The evaporator cylinder is insulated with a 25mm thick PE insulation board, which does not condense and reduces the loss of cooling capacity. The air-cooled screw chiller unit adopts a shell and tube evaporator, which is independently designed and produced by Simpson Refrigeration.
3. Condenser
The condenser adopts copper pipes imported from abroad and processed into trapezoidal low rib pipes to enhance heat transfer capacity. The surface of the copper pipes is smooth, which reduces water pressure and is easy to clean and maintain. It is a fan cooling system, therefore it uses a finned condenser, which is also independently designed and produced by Simpson Refrigeration.
4. Protective device
The protective device is designed to ensure that in the event of a malfunction in the chiller unit, it can be activated immediately and protect the unit from secondary damage. Its protective devices mainly include: compressor delay start protector, overload protector, high and low pressure protector, temperature control switch, antifreeze switch, fuse plug, electronic time protection safety valve, compressor overheat protector, compressor frequent start protector, and abnormal indicator light, ensuring the normal operation of the unit.
5. Control system
The communication contactors, electrical accessories, etc. are all selected original genuine products from Omron and larger brands such as LG from South Korea. The control panel is selected from the American brand Bangpu (microcomputer Chinese digital display), which can be remotely monitored and controlled according to user needs. It has multiple functions such as automatic loading and unloading, timed power on and off, and recording of fault causes; Easy to operate, connect the host to the power supply. Low failure rate, high safety factor, simple installation, system control can be adjusted in real time, intuitive and reliable.
6. Freezing accessories
All frozen accessories are selected from top global brands such as SPORLAN (Poland, USA), ALCO (Alco, USA), DANFOSS (Danfoss, Denmark), etc., with excellent performance, safety and environmental protection.
