Its core components include ceramic gate, valve seat, and sealing surface, adopting an upper mounted structure to reduce connecting bolts and enhance reliability. The driving modes include manual, electric, pneumatic, and bevel gear transmission, with connection forms including flange and clamp type, suitable for cutting or adjusting solid-liquid two-phase flow media (such as slurry, ash slurry).

Application field

Electric power industry: used for hydraulic ash removal systems, dry ash conveying, and bin pump discharge in thermal power plants, to process high wear ash slurry.

Installation specifications: Ensure that the valve direction is consistent with the flow direction of the medium, and install the double gate valve vertically (with the valve stem in a vertical position) to avoid deformation of the valve body caused by pipeline stress.

Operating standards: It is prohibited to frequently switch or use it as a regulating valve to avoid accelerating the wear of ceramic components; Observe the valve status during opening and closing, and immediately stop the machine for inspection if any abnormalities are found.

Media cleaning: Rinse the pipeline before installation to prevent damage to the ceramic sealing surface from welding slag and particles; Regularly check if the slag discharge outlet is unobstructed.

Temperature and pressure control: Avoid exceeding the valve design limit (such as high-temperature creep or pressure shock), and if necessary, add expansion joints before and after the valve.

Maintenance: lubricate the transmission components every month and check the wear of the ceramic sealing surface every 6 months; It is recommended to regularly replace the seals of zirconia ceramic lined valves in slurry pipelines.

Fault handling: If the valve is not tightly closed, it may be due to wear on the sealing surface or blockage by foreign objects. It is necessary to replace the sealing surface or clean up impurities in a timely manner.
