Ceramic double gate valveIt is a special valve designed specifically for conveying dry powder materials, using ceramic materials as the core sealing and wear-resistant components. Its structure consists of a valve body, left and right ceramic gate plates, valve stem, spring, and driving device (pneumatic/electric/manual). Ceramic track strips are installed inside the valve body, and the gate plate moves tightly against the track through the bi-directional pre tensioning force of the spring, achieving leak free sealing. When the valve is opened and closed, the gate rises and falls vertically, and the medium channel is cut off or connected through the parallel movement of the double gate. It is suitable for conveying pipelines of high wear powder media such as dry ash, mineral powder, and cement.

Precautions for use
Installation specifications:
Priority should be given to using flange connections to ensure that the center of the pipeline is coaxial with the valve diameter and that the flange surface is flat without deviation.
It is strictly prohibited to install the cylinder downwards. It is recommended to install it upright or at a 45 degree angle upwards; When installing horizontally, the air delivery time should be extended to prevent dust accumulation.
Clean the pipeline before installation to avoid damage to the ceramic sealing surface caused by welding slag and particles.
Operating standards:
Avoid frequent opening and closing, keep the gate fully open or fully closed, and reduce eddy current erosion caused by partial opening.
Control the speed during opening and closing to prevent rapid collision between the gate and valve seat from damaging the sealing surface.
Maintenance and upkeep:
Regularly check the spring preload and sealing performance, and adjust or replace the sealing components in a timely manner when leaks are found.
Regularly lubricate moving parts such as valve stems to ensure flexible operation.

working principle
Opening process: The driving device (such as a cylinder) drives the gate to rise through the valve stem, and the gate disengages from the valve seat. The medium flows through the channels on both sides of the valve chamber.
Closing process: The gate descends under the push of the valve stem, and the spring preload force presses the gate tightly against the valve seat, achieving bidirectional sealing; At the same time, the eccentric design of the valve body causes the edge of the gate to change the flow direction of the medium, forming a vortex to flush the bottom of the valve seat and prevent dust accumulation.
Self grinding mechanism: During the opening and closing process, the gate plate rotates slightly under the action of spring force, forming a grinding and polishing effect between the sealing surfaces, maintaining long-term sealing performance.
