Overview

With the popularization of DCS systems, the functions of traditional secondary instruments can basically be implemented by DCS systems. The axial displacement transmitter linearizes and normalizes the displacement signal sampled by the sensor, and directly outputs a 4-20mA current signal (or a voltage of 0-5V/0-10V/-0 to -18V). The axial displacement transmitter is matched with the eddy current sensor probe, eliminating the transmitter or instrument, reducing the wiring and installation links, and reducing the failure rate. It modularizes the traditional external preamplifier and instrument functions such as filtering, signal normalization processing, and signal output, enhancing the system's integration, small size, and improving reliability.

It can be widely used in the measurement and protection control of large mechanical runout (equipment vibration relative to the connecting base) in industries such as power, metallurgy, petrochemicals, steel, and environmental protection. The vibration caused by loose installation screws on the main monitoring equipment relative to the base can be detected and alarmed early, prolonging the operating life of the machine and shortening the maintenance cycle of the unit. The front transmitter integrates the preamplifier into the transmitter, greatly simplifying the wiring on site. Moreover, the transmitter comes with a display and on-site setting buttons, making it convenient for users to operate on site. This transmitter adopts24V power supply, fully isolated internally to improve anti-interference ability, and digital output of microprocessor to control analog circuit.
