I. Overview

3、 Whole machine composition:

1. Left and right moving parts: The stepper motor drives the rotation of the ball screw through a synchronous pulley and locks the direction with a linear guide rail, achieving the left and right movement of the impact head; And the movement speed can be freely set, it is recommended to set the maximum movement speed to 15mm/s.

2. Up and down movement part: The stepper motor drives the ball screw through a rigid coupling to lock the direction of the linear optical axis, achieving the up and down movement of the impact head; And the movement speed can be freely set; Suggest setting the maximum movement speed to 10mm/s.

3. Impact head movement: A 1.5KW servo motor drives the optical axis to move up and down through the rotation of an eccentric wheel, and the impact of the fixed point of the impact head is achieved by locking the direction with a linear bearing; Suggest setting the maximum impact frequency to 7Hz when forming 10mm, and to 10Hz when forming 4mm.


4. Impact force: The entire sample platform is supported by two force sensors, and the collected force value is the sum of the force values of the two sensors.

5. Control display section: All data collection and calculations inside the device are implemented through Siemens PLC, and data transmission and display are achieved through a 10 inch touch screen.

4、 Preparation before operation:

1. Equipment connection preparation:

1) Connection between the console and the host: The console and the host are connected by a 6-core spring cable, with two 6-core aviation plugs. After inserting the cables, tighten them with the fastening thread cover of the aviation plug.

2) Equipment power on: The control panel requires a separate power supply of AC220V/50Hz with a power of 100W; the host power supply is AC220V/50Hz with a power of 2KW; the host power supply line is a cable with a 16A plug, and a socket with a 16A jack needs to be prepared.

2. Preparation before the experiment

1) Check if there is any shaking in the placement of the equipment. If there is, adjust the equipment feet to ensure there is no obvious shaking.

2) Due to the fatigue impact of the equipment, the vibration is relatively large. Check whether the screws of the equipment are loose. If they are loose, they need to be manually tightened with tools.

3) Prepare the carbon skateboard and replace it with a suitable fixing device. After fixing the carbon skateboard, use a locking handle to secure its position.

4) Turn on the console and the host power to check if there is communication. If there is normal communication, the preparation is complete; If there is no communication, check if the spring cable is not connected properly.
