Mainly applicable for the determination of resistivity of raw materials and coke powder used in carbon production, such as calcined anthracite, graphite, carbon black, roasted crushed coal, calcined petroleum coke, graphitized coke, needle coke, etc

1、 Product Overview:

This instrument was developed according to standard requirements. The main working principle is to use a dry sample with a certain particle size, weigh it, pour it into a powder cylinder, apply a pressure of 3.9MPA to the powder, and after the pressure stabilizes, load current on the powder and measure the voltage at both ends of the electrode to calculate the powder resistance and obtain the resistivity.

This instrument is operated through a 10 inch touch screen, controlled by Siemens PLC, intelligently loads and maintains constant pressure, with adjustable pressure and speed, truly realizing the intelligence and automation of testing. No manual intervention is required, and the testing process is automatically completed. After the test is completed, it automatically returns to the initial position and can print the test data.

This instrument has high measurement accuracy, small repeatability error, automated testing process, reasonable setting pages, simple operation, and operators can operate without professional skill training, truly achieving one click automated testing.

This instrument has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy, good stability, compact structure, and easy use, and meets the requirements of international and national standards.

The structure of this instrument consists of the following parts:

1. Force loading system: Powered by servo motors for precise pressure control, noise free, continuous loading

2. Resistance measurement system: With a wide range of resistance measurements, it meets the needs of various testing ranges

3. System control collection: Control operations are performed on a 10 inch touch screen, with real-time display of test data on the page and the ability to print test data

4. Specialized measuring electrode: diameter 16.0mm/30.0mm
