The SJSZ series conical twin-screw extruder is a specialized equipment suitable for extruding and forming various PVC powders. With different molds and auxiliary machines, it can produce pipes, profiles, sheets, rods, and granules of various PVC materials.
This machine adopts a DC motor, controllable silicon stepless speed regulation, equipped with overload protection and fault alarm, screw core oil circulation constant temperature, barrel oil cooling, and vacuum exhaust pipe device and quantitative feeding device.

2. A highly reliable and effective design theory ensures the reliable operation of extrusion. High torque dedicated drive system, with a gear shaft made of high-strength alloy steel and treated with carburizing and grinding.
3. The newly developed screw is suitable for formulas with high packing volume, and the feeding ensures good filling degree and better material flow distribution in the screw.
4. The screw has a core temperature regulating device and good barrel cooling, ensuring the control of material process temperature
