Product Details

A power assisted robotic arm is a manually operated mechanical arm, in which the user manually operates the robotic arm to complete the up and down movements and rotary movements of the robotic arm, and clamps the fixture by operating the pneumatic switch, thereby carrying, transplanting, assembling and other operations of the workpiece. The use of assistive robotic arms can reduce the labor intensity of operators, achieve lightweight operation and accurate positioning when handling large workpieces. So, what are the precautions when operating such high-energy assistive robotic arms

1. Before ventilating the system, it is necessary to check whether the direction of each operating switch is correct. The robotic arm should be kept away from equipment and personnel to avoid accidents such as injuries caused by sudden arm lifting;

2. When the robotic arm is not in use, check whether all buttons have been restored to the "off" state;

3. The lifting weight shall not exceed the lifting capacity;

4. Do not extend your hands, feet, or any part of your body under the suspended object;

5. Do not insert hands or fingers into the gap of the robotic arm;

6. During operation, the face and hands must not reach into the top of the robotic arm or the upper part of the accessories;

7. Before confirming whether the workpiece is clamped, the robotic arm should not be operated with a load to prevent the workpiece from slipping off;

8. Do not use operating methods that cause heavy objects to deviate or collapse, that is, do not vigorously shake the robotic arm during operation;

9. No one is allowed to enter the work site while the operator is working;

10. When the operator leaves the work site, the robotic arm should be placed in an idle position and the robotic arm fixture should be placed very low.
