PolyAn's particles can be color coded using six fluorescent dyes. During the process of particle formation, fluorescent material clusters directly integrate into the core of the beads. Compared with traditional diffusion dyeing processes, the distribution of dyes in microspheres using this manufacturing process is more uniform. In addition, the fluorescent substance is firmly trapped in the polymer PMMA matrix and is unlikely to leak. The CLSM (Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope) image shows the uniform distribution of fluorescent groups in PolyAn microspheres.
