The HDB-2 electronic micro hole leak detector is a machine that applies high-frequency and high-pressure methods for non-destructive inspection on sealed products filled with liquid medicine. Products with leakage points are automatically removed.

The BFS blowing and sealing combined discharge products are cut by the sealing machine and output into the automatic feeding machine of the leak detection machine. The products are automatically evenly divided and transported to the inspection conveyor belt for further processing. Then, they are immediately alternately inspected through CH1, CH2, and CH3 high-voltage electrodes. Unqualified products are automatically removed by the removal device, and qualified products are discharged and sent to the next process.
