1、 Product Overview:
1KW permanent magnet wind turbine grid connected experimental system, 1KW permanent magnet wind turbine grid connected experimental system training device, 1KW permanent magnet wind turbine grid connected experimental system training equipmentIt is composed of outdoor wind turbines, towers, cables, outdoor lightning protection boxes, grid controllers, unloaders, grid inverters, main control consoles, etc. The system can conduct experiments on the entire process of grid connected power generation. (3) Wind turbine: The rated power of the wind turbine is 1000W, and the wind blades are made of three carbon fiber optic compounds. The generator is small in size, light in weight, and has high power generation efficiency. The electromagnetic torque design technology effectively ensures smooth operation in a gentle breeze. All components are made of high-quality aluminum alloy precision die-casting parts and stainless steel fittings, making the whole machine lightweight.
(4) Grid connected control inverter module: using Mitsubishi's fifth generation intelligent power module from Japan; DSP chip control; Power point tracking technology; High efficiency; Complete protection functions; Designed according to IEE929-2000 and UL1741 standards; Easy installation and debugging; Operating parameters can be set through LCD and buttons.

IIIUnit composition:
1. Grid connected control unit (inside the demonstration platform): The system achieves synchronous operation of the inverter by turning on and off the switch unit according to the needs of the demonstration unit, equipped with separate measurement channels at the same time, and meets data comparison and collection requirements.
The fan power control is designed with a separate set of strong wind unloading protection circuit, which is used in combination with the inverter power supply.
2. Wind turbine unloading unit (inside the demonstration platform): The output port of the wind turbine is connected to the generator controller, which rectifies, adjusts, and controls the three-phase AC power generated by the wind turbine, and then supplies it to the grid connected inverter for grid connection and system unloading and other protection during strong winds.
3. Switch control unit (demonstration platform): All leads of the internal and external units of the demonstration system are connected to their respective jumper terminals through isolation switches. During the experiment, in the event of leakage, short circuit, overcurrent, or overheating, the switch automatically disconnects the power supply to protect the safety of instruments and personnel.
4. Fan connection unit (AC/DC screen, demonstration table): On the schematic wiring panel, the leads of one unit are connected to their respective jumper terminals through isolation switches. According to the needs of the demonstration, the jumper can be used to freely view the working status of the three fan systems

4、 Monitoring unit:
The monitoring device includes a monitoring host, monitoring software, and display equipment. This system uses a high-performance industrial control PC as the monitoring host, equipped with multi machine monitoring software, and adopts standard RS-232 or RS-485 communication methods to obtain real-time operation parameters and working data of all wind power generation.
Monitoring software:
The monitoring host also provides an external data interface, allowing users to view real-time operating data, historical data, and fault data of the entire power system through a computer.
◆ It can store all operational data of the power station experiment every 5 minutes, including real-time storage of environmental data, fault data, and other parameters.
◆ It can continuously store all operational data and fault records of power station experiments for more than 20 years.
