The joint research and development achievements of the competition round won the first prize of Shandong Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award

At the recent Shandong Provincial Science and Technology Conference, Sailun Group, in collaboration with Qingdao University of Science and Technology and other units, completed the "Research and Application of High end Tire Unmanned Forming Intelligent Manufacturing Equipment" project, which won the first prize of the 2025 Shandong Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award.

This project focuses on the long-standing problems of unclear mechanisms, outdated technology, and difficult industrialization of equipment in tire molding processes. It has successfully overcome four common technical bottlenecks, connected the key technology transformation chain of unmanned tire molding intelligent manufacturing, and achieved unmanned operation throughout the entire tire production process. It not only significantly improves manufacturing efficiency and product consistency, but also promotes China's tire industry to move towards a new level in intelligent manufacturing and digital management, providing strong support for enhancing the industry's core competitiveness and industrial chain security capabilities.
