Using our patented single cylinder drive structure, combined with a high flow servo hydraulic system, it can achieve instantaneous high-pressure and high-speed output during the injection stage. It can quickly fill the cavity of thin-walled products (such as food packaging boxes, cup lids, etc. with a thickness of 0.3-1mm), avoiding defects such as material shortage and shrinkage caused by insufficient filling speed, and greatly improving production efficiency.

The linear adjustment of the locking force can be achieved through a servo closed-loop control system, with an accuracy of ± 1%. The repeatability of the locking force can reach 0.5%, and the repeatability of the opening and closing position can reach ± 0.5mm.

The manufacturing system adopts multi-channel synchronous acquisition technology, with a sampling frequency of over 1kHz for key parameters such as injection speed, pressure, and position. Through PID adaptive algorithm, dynamic compensation of pressure fluctuations can be completed within 0.05 seconds, ensuring the consistency of forming thin-walled products (such as food packaging boxes and cup lids with a thickness of 0.3-0.8mm), and weight deviation can be controlled within ± 0.5%.
