plast-machCorporate NewsBole Intelligent Debuts at PLASTPOL 2026: Magnesium Alloy Live Forming European Premiere, Dual Technology Driven Lightweight Future
On May 19th local time, the 30th Kielce International Plastic Processing Exhibition in Poland(PLASTPOL) Grand opening at the Kelsey International Exhibition Center. As an international professional exhibition certified by UFI, this year's PLASTPOL celebrated its 30th anniversary milestone, attracting 660 exhibitors from 36 countries. The on-site machines roared and the entire production line ran, turning the exhibition hall into a huge "factory". At the most influential plastic industry event in Central and Eastern Europe, Bole Intelligent made a heavyweight appearance with two innovative technologies, becoming the focus of the exhibition.
Magnesium alloy semi-solid injection molding technology makes its European debut
Exhibition Site Map
At this exhibition, Bole officially launched the MG-300 magnesium alloy semi-solid injection molding machine to the European market, which is also the first public demonstration of this technology at a European industrial exhibition. This technology adopts a semi-solid thixoforming process, which heats magnesium alloy particles to a semi-solid state and directly injects them without the need for a furnace or protective gas, eliminating defects such as oxidation and porosity from the source. The product yield can be improved to over 95%. At the exhibition site, the machines operated stably, demonstrating to the audience the benefits ofraw materialThe complete production process of finished products. According to the on-site manager of Bole, the products produced by this technology are lighter and stronger than aluminum. Currently, the company has launched equipment with a capacity of 300-4000T, which can achieve the production of 17KG level products and is widely used in fields such as automotive, electronics, aerospace, etc.
CIML Carbon Fiber Intelligent Forming Line Live Demonstration
Exhibition Site Map
Bo Le also exhibited the CIML series carbon fiber product intelligent molding line, demonstrating the direct injection molding process of long fiber reinforced composite materials on site. This technology combines "mixing granulation" and "injection molding" into one, omitting 10 intermediate processes. The fiber retention length in the material can reach about 8 millimeters, and the tensile and impact strength is increased by more than 20% compared to traditional processes, with a weight reduction of over 65%. During the exhibition, Bole used CIML technology to produce drone propellers on site, demonstrating the efficient production capacity of this technology in the field of lightweight manufacturing.
  summary
From semi-solid injection molding of magnesium alloy to achieve near net metal forming, to reshaping composite material processing technology with CIML carbon fiber intelligent molding line, Bole Intelligent has demonstrated the hard core strength of "Made in China" to the global rubber and plastic industry chain with two innovative technologies.
