At the 2026 May Day International Labor Day Commendation Conference, the R&D team of Tuosida's embodied intelligent robots (hereinafter referred to as the R&D team) was awarded the title of "National Worker Pioneer". This honor is not only a recognition of the team's deep cultivation in research and development, overcoming difficulties, but also an industry recognition of Tuosida's commitment to customer needs and empowering the upgrading of the manufacturing industry.

During the critical period of the company's intelligent transformation, the R&D team took the lead in tackling the research and development of intelligent robots, innovatively building a five in one collaborative mechanism of "mechanical electrical operation control perception big model", overcoming core technologies such as multi-mode perception, and building an independent and controllable embodied intelligent product technology framework, shortening the R&D cycle by 30%. The embodied intelligent humanoid robot Xiaotuo has a repeated positioning accuracy of ± 0.05mm and an arm load/weight ratio of 0.67. It has taken the lead in landing in the injection molding industry and become the first intelligent humanoid robot applied in the injection molding scene in China, helping the company achieve a breakthrough in embodied intelligence from 0 to 1.

Creating intelligent humanoid robots adapted to customer scenarios
The birth of Tusda's embodied intelligent robots has always been rooted in customer needs. According to Zhong Yu, the product manager of the R&D team, the current post injection molding processes such as picking up parts, arranging plates, and quality inspection are still mainly manual. The existing automated equipment is suitable for large-scale production, while the injection molding industry has multiple varieties, small batches, and frequent production changes, which results in traditional equipment taking a long time to adjust and cannot be quickly and flexibly replaced. Based on this, Xiaotuo's research and development continues to break through customer needs and create products that are more in line with industrial reality.
In terms of configuration design, Xiaotuo adopts a wheeled design suitable for industrial workshops, which can autonomously switch workstations and tasks without the need to modify production lines, reducing landing costs; Innovative single arm and dual arm flexible configuration, suitable for diverse work scenarios.
In terms of core performance, its single arm load is 10kg, self weight is 15kg, and the load/self weight ratio of 0.67 far exceeds the mainstream level of 0.2-0.3 in the industry, which can fully meet the needs of industrial scenarios. The load to weight ratio of 0.67 makes the same configuration load stronger and the same load cost lower, allowing customers to obtain efficient equipment at a more cost-effective cost, "said Zhong Yu.

Transforming robots from 'capable of working' to 'capable of working'
Regarding the stability issue of robots that customers are generally concerned about, Zhong Yu said, "We ensure the stable operation of our products from three levels: brain, cerebellum, and body, so that robots can truly upgrade from 'being able to work' to 'being able to work'
At the "brain" level, the R&D team, in collaboration with the Industrial Software Development Center of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area National Technology Innovation Center and Zhipu Huazhang, has established a matrix intelligent exploration special R&D platform to create industrial grade embodied intelligent models based on mainstream large models, enhancing robots' environmental understanding, task decision-making, and adaptive capabilities.
At the "cerebellar" execution level, the new generation X5 intelligent robot control platform is integrated to achieve cloud edge deployment and sensory computing control integration, breaking down the barriers between the digital and physical worlds.
In terms of ontology performance, relying on the team's more than ten years of experience
controllerDeep accumulation in servo drive and core algorithms, self-developed servo technology and mechanical end shaking suppression technology ensure stable and accurate movements.
At the same time, the team is building a closed-loop iterative system for scene data. When the robot runs on the customer's site, it can continuously collect real job data, which in turn feeds into the optimization and targeted training of the basic large model, making the robot smarter and smarter as it is used on the production line, truly achieving long-term stable adaptation to industrial scenarios.

The R&D team adheres to the principle of "walking on two legs". Firstly, it uses AI to transform traditional automation. The AI flexible sorting workstation developed simplifies engineers' hours of changeover and debugging into ordinary workers who can complete it in as fast as 5 minutes. The work cycle of each section is only 2.5-3.2 seconds, and the production capacity exceeds 1000 pieces/hour; The second is to overcome complex scenarios that cannot be covered by AI workstations, relying on the verification experience of Xiaotuo injection molding scenarios, replicating core capabilities to processes such as handling and inspection, and expanding application scenarios.

PLAAt the S2026 exhibition, Tuosida showcased an intelligent injection molding+humanoid robot solution that integrated high-speed electric injection molding machines, automated quality inspection, and other full processes for the first time. The actual labor cost of the entire production line was reduced by 60%, and one person could control 5-10 devices, significantly reducing the operating costs of the enterprise.

Zhong Yu stated that the core advantage of Topstar lies in its profound customer experience and process accumulation. "We have reached over 200000 customers and served over 15000 customers, and have a deep understanding of processes in the high-end equipment field, providing strong support for product research and development." Currently, Topstar has built a "scene+robot+data+AI" commercial closed loop, released a rich product matrix of quadruped robot dog star, and continued to explore multiple scenarios, laying the foundation for product iteration.
The 'National Worker Pioneer' is definitely a responsibility.
