"Walking to the assembly workshop of the tenth span of Zhonghua Rubber Machinery Yishen Company, Yu Chaohui, the general manager of Yishen Company, introduced that the first batch of products of this model of vulcanizing machine was successfully launched in July 2025. With core advantages such as dual-mode independent action, servo precision control, energy-saving hydraulic system, structural optimization and cost reduction, it quickly opened up the market and won 168 large orders, setting a record for the highest order in the history of this product. Faced with multiple challenges such as high technological barriers, large order volumes, tight delivery cycles, and high quality requirements, Yishen Company quickly made arrangements. General Manager Yu Chaohui led the formation of an innovation and efficiency improvement assault team, with more than 10 core backbone members from departments such as technology, production, technology, commissioning, and after-sales joining. The tackling team will break down the project into five major tasks: research and development breakthroughs, process optimization, production acceleration, quality control, and customer service. In terms of structural design, the team adopts a single-sided double guide column without adjustable mold structure, reducing the width of the host by more than 10%. Customers can arrange more equipment in the same factory building. But if the clearance between the guide posts cannot be precisely controlled, the alignment of the upper and lower molds cannot be guaranteed, and the tires produced are prone to uneven thickness. Inspectors Chen Chao and Cao Pu handmade specialized measuring blocks and used a feeler gauge with an accuracy of 0.01 to 0.02 millimeters to check each one, ensuring the accuracy of alignment. The device also supports dual-mode independent operation, and there is no need to shut down the entire machine when changing molds, greatly reducing production waiting time.
In terms of intelligent control, electrical engineer He Xianguo led a team to independently develop an intelligent control platform, building a unified "brain" for the product. The upper computer sends process parameters through Ethernet to achieve millisecond level timing control of key components such as the robotic arm and tire unloading arm, ensuring smooth action connection. In response to the industry problem of locking mechanisms easily getting stuck, the technical director Wang Weifeng organized multiple research efforts: He Xianguo improved the accuracy of host detection and control by introducing automatic positioning algorithms; Liao Songbai optimized the design of hydraulic balance valve; Wang Jin has added a dual limit zero positioning system to completely solve industry pain points through a multi pronged approach.
In terms of energy conservation and efficiency improvement, the PLC program optimizes the action logic and production cycle, compressing the non sulfurization time to within 60 seconds. At the customer site in Hangzhou, this data was optimized to 58 seconds. For tire manufacturers, every second of compression means a significant increase in annual output.

A batch order of 168 units is not only a trust from customers, but also a significant boost to the company's production capacity. Yiyang Yishen Company has built a full process control system with refined management, achieving a 100% on-time delivery rate for orders.
On the production line, workshop director Ou Hongping leads the assault team to optimize production scheduling and establish a "daily scheduling, weekly summary" mechanism. Faced with a tight schedule, all employees worked efficiently together and the company allocated shifts reasonably to ensure rest. With everyone's joint efforts and precise scheduling, the production line will always operate at full capacity by 2025.
To ensure machining accuracy, the company strictly screens suppliers and purchases precision grinding machines specifically for guide column machining. In response to the issue of the large footprint of the rear inflatable frame, the team has accurately planned the storage time, combined with the progress of large-scale assembly, and efficiently communicated with suppliers to ensure that it does not affect the overall assembly progress. Assembly team leader He Feng optimized the assembly process, divided the assembly and full assembly areas for synchronous operation, and formed an assembly line model for procurement, assembly, testing, and delivery, significantly reducing assembly time.
The company adheres to the concept of "quality first, zero defects" and establishes a full process quality control system from parts entering the factory to equipment leaving the factory. Key components entering the factory and each production process are strictly inspected by quality inspectors. Gong Manhua, the quality consultant of the Quality Assurance Department, strictly controls the processes of core components such as the base and crossbeam, and implements pre welding machining and post welding stress relief processes to ensure the structural strength of the equipment. Faced with a series of unexpected situations, the on-site team finally restored power and gas supply before noon through emergency coordination. Subsequently, Zhang Shiqiang and his colleagues immediately put into intense preparation before trial production, checking and confirming each solenoid valve, hydraulic mechanical action, and pneumatic valve one by one, optimizing the equipment's idle cycle time to 58 seconds. At 8:30 pm that evening, the equipment officially began to load the pot, and at 8:45 pm, the equipment successfully produced the first pot of tires. At the moment of tire release, the on-site customer gave a thumbs up and praised the equipment as "easy to use, efficient in production, and far exceeding expectations in performance
