1Disconnect the power supplyDisconnect all power sources in a timely manner, and do not attempt to turn on the electrical components before they have dried.
2. Remove the batteryRemove the computer panel battery as soon as possible after water ingress (it is recommended to operate in a timely manner) to prevent battery discharge and corrosion of the circuit board caused by water short circuit.
3. Cleaning componentsRemove the electrical components from the entire electrical box and clean the sediment with clean water. If there is oil stains, it needs to be cleaned with alcohol. Disassemble and clean the electronic control components, including the host, monitor, LCD, switch power supply, contactor, wire plug, etc.
4. Drying treatmentAfter cleaning the accessories, use a cloth or tissue to dry them first, and then use the on-site drying hopper to fully dry all the accessories. The drying temperature should be controlled at 60-70 ℃, and the drying time should be more than 10 hours. You can also use a small sun for baking, and the baking temperature should not be too high. Exceeding 80 ℃ can cause damage to electronic components.
5. Insulation testingAfter ensuring that all components are dried or air dried, use a multimeter to test their insulation resistance values one by one to determine if they meet the requirements and if they are dry. The host and panel need to undergo short-circuit testing on 24V and COM to eliminate potential hazards before powering on.
6. Component installationAssemble and install the dried components, carefully inspect them before powering on and testing the machine. Be cautious of electric leakage and pay attention to safe startup.

1. Motor oil pumpAfter water ingress, do not turn on the motor oil pump. First, check whether the oil tank and oil pump have water ingress. After water enters, the oil tank should be cleaned first, the hydraulic oil should be replaced, then the oil tank should be wiped clean with a clean cloth, and finally new hydraulic oil should be added.
2. Other componentsAll water inlet areas should be wiped dry with a clean cloth to prevent rusting.
