Product Overview

Petrochemical process pumps are designed according to API610, API682, and VDMA24297 (heavy-duty) specifications. The pump is a single-stage, single suction cantilever volute pump, with the pump body supported by the centerline. Axial suction, radial discharge. Axial force is balanced hydraulically using front and rear mouth rings and balance holes. Mechanical seals can be of single or double end balanced container type. Mechanical seals are equipped with cooling, flushing, or sealing fluid systems, and the sealed piping system is designed according to API specifications. The maximum working pressure is 5.0MPa. The suction and discharge flanges can be designed according to GB, DIN, and ANSI standards.

Product Features

The standard pipeline is designed according to API specifications and can cool the pump support of the center support. When the temperature T ≤ 200 ℃, the bearing frame does not need to be cooled; When the temperature T>200 ℃, the bearing frame is cooled by air or water. The pump cover has cooling or heating pipe joints, and the shaft seal adopts single end or double end mechanical seal, equipped with cooling, flushing or sealing liquid system. The stainless steel materials include 304304L, 316, 316L, CD-4Mcu, 904904L, Hastelloy, etc. The maximum working pressure is 5.0MPa, the temperature is -80~+450 ℃, the flow rate is 3-2600m3/h, the head is 3-260m, the speed is 1450-2900r/min
