On sunny days, some of the sewage in the pipeline flows into the sewage pipeline through the interception well, achieving zero direct discharge of sewage on sunny days.
When it rains, the initial surface rainwater is relatively dirty, and if it enters the river, it will cause pollution to the water quality of the river. Use a rain gauge to determine the amount of rainfall and allow the dirty initial rainwater to enter the sewage pipe.
In the middle and later stages of rainfall, the rainwater is relatively clean. It is directly discharged into the river through sewage interception wells to reduce the load of rainwater on the sewage network and ensure its normal operation.
When the water level in the sewage pipe is relatively high on rainy days, it is easy for sewage to overflow into the river. At this time, the drainage gate is automatically closed by the liquid level signal in the sewage interception well to prevent sewage from overflowing into the river.
When the water level in the river is relatively high during the flood season, it is easy for the river water to flow back into the sewage pipe. At this time, the overflow gate is automatically closed through the liquid level signal to prevent the backflow of river water.

Sewage interception
Under the condition of low water level in the underground channel or downstream sewage pipe network, the drainage gate is closed on sunny days. The sewage in the underground channel or pipeline enters the interception well through the combined sewer pipeline and flows automatically to the downstream sewage pipeline. When the water level in the downstream pipeline is high, the water pump in the wellbore automatically starts and lifts the sewage to the treatment facility or to the downstream sewage pipe according to the water level in the wellbore, and can prevent river water from flowing back, achieving sewage pressure interception;
Initial rain flow restriction
At the beginning of the rain, the opening of the drainage gate is adjusted according to the water level inside and outside the well, and the opening of the sewage interception gate is adjusted according to the water quality and water level to limit the flow.
Rainy season direct discharge
As rainfall increases, the water level in the well rises and the water concentration decreases. When the preset water level is reached, the drainage gate begins to adjust its opening according to the water level, opening downwards to allow less polluted water to overflow from the upper layer. At the same time, the opening of the sewage interception gate gradually decreases to limit the interception flow. When the rainfall reaches a certain value, the drainage gate can be fully opened and the sewage interception gate can be closed, allowing rainwater to flow into natural water bodies and achieve direct drainage of rainwater.
Drain before rain
According to weather information, in the early stage of rainfall, close the sewage interception gate and start the submersible sewage pump to increase the power to discharge sewage, minimize the sewage in the combined pipeline network, and increase the storage space of the pipeline network itself. When rainfall begins, control the start and stop of the water pump and the opening of the drainage gate according to the water quality inside and outside the well.
