YVF (Y2VF) series variable frequency speed regulation three-phase asynchronous motor product overview:
The YVF/Y2VF series variable frequency speed regulation three-phase asynchronous motor is the latest generation of dedicated variable frequency speed regulation three-phase asynchronous motor jointly launched by our company and Shanghai Electric Science Research Institute. This series of motors is a universal variable frequency speed control motor developed and designed based on the Y/Y2 series motors. It can be well matched with frequency converters from different manufacturers in the current market, with a frequency range of 5~100Hz or 3~100Hz.
The entire series of motors adopts computer optimized design, which minimizes the impact of high-order harmonics caused by frequency converters on the motors. The power level and installation size of the motor comply with the technical conditions of YVF series (IP54) variable frequency speed regulation three-phase asynchronous motor and the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC721 standard, which is the same as the commonly used Y/Y2 series motors in China, making it convenient for users to replace and repair.
The YVF/Y2VF series variable frequency speed regulating motor and frequency converter are used together, with high efficiency, low noise, obvious energy-saving effect, smooth driving, wide speed range, and excellent fast response performance. They can be widely used in high-precision speed regulation applications such as CNC, textile, and metallurgy, and can also be applied to wind and water pump loads for energy-saving purposes. Note: Rated voltage and rated frequency refer to the operating voltage and frequency of the motor corresponding to the turning point between the constant torque and constant power characteristics of the motor output.

Installation structure form:
Try to be structurally compatible with the Y/Y2 series to facilitate user use and maintenance. However, due to the particularity of variable frequency electric motors, which meet the cooling requirements at low speeds and structural requirements at high speeds, this series of motors is designed with an independent power supply axial fan cooling system. Due to the fact that this series of motors is powered by a frequency converter with high harmonic content, special treatment has been made in the selection of conductive materials and insulation treatment. In addition, a self resetting over temperature protection thermistor switch (PTC thermistor can be modified according to user requirements) is installed inside the motor, which overall improves the reliability of motor operation.
This series of motors has a standard cylindrical shaft extension, which can be made into two shaft extensions according to user requirements. The second shaft extension is only used to install the encoder and cannot be used to transmit torque. For the selection of encoders, it is recommended that users choose encoders that are easy to install without the need for connectors.
