The YB2-80~315 series explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motor is designed and manufactured by Dongguan Electric Machinery Factory in accordance with the national standard JB/T7565.1-2004 "Technical Conditions for B2 Series Explosion proof Three phase Asynchronous Motors (Machine Seat No. H63~355)". It is an updated and replaced product of the YB series. It has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, low vibration, high reliability, and insulation level is not F level. The power level and installation dimensions comply with IEC standards and are consistent with YB series motors, making it convenient for users to replace and maintain.
The explosion-proof performance of this series of motors complies with the provisions of GB3836.2-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 2: Explosion proof Type: d">and the International Electrotechnical Commission standard IEC60079-1, and are respectively made into explosion-proof types Exdl, ExdllAT4, and ExdllBT4. The explosion-proof type Exdl is suitable for non mining working faces in coal mines underground; Explosion proof ExdllAT4 and ExdllBT4 are respectively suitable for hazardous areas with explosive gas environments in factory llA, llB levels, and temperature groups T1 to T4.
