Working principle:
This machine consists of a bottle tray conveyor, a cylinder precise positioning device, a screw cap sealing system, a bottle collection device, and an electronic control system. By relying on cylinder positioning, the cylinder quickly pushes the rod to move the needle up and down, completing the filling and sealing functions one or more times.
