The design of this series of motors has the characteristics of high starting point, high requirements, and high reliability. The mechanical structure adopts a high reliability structure that has been verified for a long time in China, and the insulation system also adopts a high standard and high requirement system, which can ensure that the motor insulation can operate for a long time without aging, greatly improving the motor life, and the performance parameters exceed the requirements of the corresponding national standards.
The power level, installation size, and electrical performance of this series of motors comply with the national standards JB/T7593-2007 "Technical Conditions for Y Series High Voltage Three Phase Asynchronous Motors {Frame Number 355-630}" and JB/T10446-2004 "Technical Conditions for Y Series 10KV Three Phase Asynchronous Motors {Frame Number 450-630}", GB755-2000, and relevant IEC standards. The electric motor adopts a box structure, and the base is welded from steel plates, which is lightweight and has good rigidity. The top of the motor can be equipped with a protective cover, which is easy to disassemble and install, facilitating the maintenance and repair of the motor. The stator adopts an external pressure mounting structure, with reliable fixing and binding at the end. Ordering Instructions
1. When ordering, the motor model, power (KW), voltage, rotation direction, protection level, cooling method, special environmental conditions, and requirements for the use of supporting machinery must be specified.
2. This series of motors are equipped with temperature measuring elements, and the stator is generally six PT100 thermistors. Please specify other requirements when ordering.
3. Moisture resistant electric heaters, bearing temperature measuring components, etc. can be installed according to user needs.
4. From the perspective of the shaft extension, the main junction box of the motor is located on the right side of the machine base or according to the protocol.
5. When the alphabetical order of the markings at the output end is the same as the voltage phase sequence direction of the three-phase power supply, the motor should rotate clockwise when viewed from the shaft extension end, or according to the protocol.
6. If the supporting machinery is a ventilation fan or coal mill, please inform the moment of inertia or moment of inertia GD of the machinery before ordering. If necessary, a technical agreement should be signed separately.
