The hydraulic feeding method of the Xinbei shredder is a hopper integrated moving structure. Green columns used on the injection molding machine are added as guide rails on both sides of the main shaft. a. There is no limit to feeding, the feeding amount is controllable, and the hopper moves to bring animal materials closer to and farther away from the spindle, ensuring a smooth shredding process. The forward and backward movement of materials is automatically controlled by Siemens PLC, and we choose to determine the load on the spindle based on the magnitude of the current. b. The structure of a traditional shredder is equipped with a built-in push plate to push the material, which directly contacts the push plate and cannot be refueled. 2. Shredder spindle

The spindle of the Xinbei shredder uses forged circles as raw materials, which have higher density and strength. Round steel undergoes tempering, forging, and rough machining to achieve the standard shape. The precision machining of the spindle is all integrated into its own machining center, and the tolerance of the shaft can be controlled within 10 threads (1mm equals 100 threads).

The design of the spindle and cutterhead structure of the shredder has been perfected through our company's nearly ten years of on-site production experience. The cutterhead structure is selected as a stepped spiral shape, which can make the load during the shredding process more uniform and ensure smooth operation.

A. The Xinbei spindle is an integral forged workpiece. Traditional shredders use seamless steel pipe welding, and the cutterhead is welded to the steel pipe through welding. The welding process is high-temperature, and the contact points will experience thermal expansion and contraction. After the overall welding is completed, the tolerance of the entire shaft can even reach 4-5mm. This inevitably results in a large gap between the cutting edges. However, our company's cutting edge gap can be adjusted to 0.5mm. The smaller the cutting edge gap, the lower the load during the shredding process, the higher the machine's output, and the longer its service life. At the same time, traditional structures have excessive gaps, which often lead to shaft entanglement when handling soft materials, causing frequent machine reversals and affecting the service life of motors and gearboxes. The service life of the welding disc is much shorter than our overall structure, and it often falls off and damages the shredding chamber on site, while our structural disc will not be damaged.

B. The structure of the main spindle's cutterhead, traditional shredders choose round and rigid welded cutterheads, and the entire shaft only has a concave convex structure of the cutterhead. The gap between the fixed blade and the moving blade will be small, but the gap between the fixed blade and the main spindle will be large. When shredding soft materials, the phenomenon of shaft entanglement often occurs. Our company's randomly selected groove type cutter head can ensure that the clearance between the moving blade and the fixed blade is 0.5mm, and the clearance between the fixed blade and the spindle can be controlled at 1mm, without ever getting tangled with the shaft.

3. Processing of shredder wall panels

The wall back baffle, left and right wall panels, and hopper ears of the Xinbei shredder are all processed through gantry washing, and the overall accuracy can be controlled within 1mm. The machine has stronger stability and longer service life.

Traditional shredders only use rough welding and polishing without high-precision processing. The working principle of shredders is hard hitting. If the connection is not precise enough, it will cause structural shaking during later operation, seriously affecting the service life of the machine.
