1、 Working principle
The HZD-B-8B integrated vibration sensor integrates a magneto electric speed sensor and a precision measurement circuit, realizing the function of a traditional "sensor+transmitter" vibration measurement system. It is suitable for building an economical high-precision vibration measurement system. The transmitter can be directly connected to DCS, PLC or other systems, making it an ideal choice for vibration measurement of factory equipment such as fans and pumps.

2、 Technical parameters
1. Electrical indicators:
(1) Working voltage: DC24V
(2) Frequency response: (± 3dB)
(3) Displacement: 2-3.0KHz;
(4) Speed: 2-10KHz;
(5) Current output: 4-20mA
(6) Output impedance: < 750 Ω
(7) Accuracy: ± 2% (+250C)
2. Physical indicators:
(1) External dimensions: as shown in the figure
(2) Material: 304 stainless steel
(3) Weight: 400g
3. Environmental indicators:
(1) Operating temperature: -250C to+600C
(2) Storage temperature: -400C to+700C
(3) Humidity: 95% non solidifying
(4) Output: 4-20mA current signal
The built-in sensor senses vibration speed and converts mechanical vibration into a corresponding range of 4-20mA current output through high-precision integrated circuits. This output can be directly connected to PLC/DCS or other devices that receive 4-20mA signals, such as our LH6000 monitoring system or LH6080 display alarm. LH311A is mainly used to monitor the vibration of rotating machinery, such as casing vibration, bearing vibration, frame vibration, etc.
IIIIntegrated vibration sensorScope of application
1. Unit type: various rotating machinery. Such as fans, compressors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, water turbines, etc.
2. Probe installation requirements: Simply create a platform with a diameter of 35mm on the casing, open M10 × 1.5 screw holes, and fix the probe on the screw holes without any operation inside the machine.
4、 Installation precautions:
The connection cable from the transmitter to DCS or recorder is recommended to use shielded cable. The connection of the shielding layer is shown in the wiring diagram. Do not connect it at the transmitter end, and connect it to the DCS protective ground (earth) at the DCS end. Signal cables, power cables, control cables, and connecting cables with high interference should be avoided from being routed in parallel.
Installation, use and maintenance
Determine an installation position on the machine casing (box body), requiring the surface to be as flat as possible, and open a threaded hole according to the actual installation size. Rotate the transmitter clockwise into the corresponding threaded hole until the thread is tightened, and the bottom of the transmitter is tightly attached to the machine casing. If the machine does not have a suitable installation plane, a mounting base with certain strength can be welded or bolted onto the machine casing (box) to install the transmitter on this base. It is recommended to install the transmitter in the X (horizontal) and Y (vertical) directions.
The selection of the installation location for the transmitter should strive to ensure that there is sufficient rotor vibration transmitted truthfully to the bearing housing or casing. In addition, extra attention should be paid to the physical installation of the transmitter. Incorrect installation can cause a decrease in the amplitude and phase response of the transmitter, and can result in the generation of signals that do not represent the actual machine vibration. It is strictly prohibited to carry out live disassembly and wiring of the transmitter system; The wiring terminal must be firmly pressed and not loose; After wiring is completed, check that the cables and terminals are in good contact without short circuits before powering on. Confirm that the working power supply of the transmitter should be+24VDC.
The transmitter should not be damaged by collision and should be kept clean; Environmental protection measures should be taken for cable connections based on the site environment.
When the transmitter experiences measurement drift or instability during use, the following steps should be taken: check if all connection parts are securely fastened; Is the line connection normal; Check if the sensor installation is loose; Check if the wiring from the sensor to the transmitter is loose, and if the shielding layer is reliably grounded (signal ground) at the transmitter end; Check if the wiring from the transmitter to the DCS or recorder is loose, check if the shielding layer is reliably grounded (protected) at the DCS end, and check if there is a heat source around the sensor, such as gas seal leakage, causing the sensor to exceed its operating temperature range and resulting in unstable output.
