Overview

TAG-8000 wireless high-voltage phase analyzer (hereinafter referred to as "the instrument") is used for phase detection of two high-voltage lines connected to the grid or ring network. This instrument can upgrade the remote nuclear phase function. The instrument is suitable for live working on 5V~220KV AC transmission lines and secondary side live working, and has high-voltage electrical testing function.

Product Details

TAG-8000 Wireless High Voltage Nuclear Phase Analyzer(hereinafter referred to as "instrument") is used for connecting two high-voltage lines to the grid or for core phase in the ring network. This instrument can upgrade the remote nuclear phase function. The instrument is suitable for live working on 5V~220KV AC transmission lines and secondary side live working, and has high-voltage electrical testing function.

The instrument adopts wireless transmission technology, which is safe and reliable to operate, easy to use, and overcomes many disadvantages of wired phase detectors.

IITAG-8000 Wireless High Voltage Nuclear Phase Analyzerworking principle

The instrument consists of two transmitters and one receiver host. The transmitter can determine whether the line is live, measure the phase and frequency of the line. Each transmitter sends the measured data to the receiving host via radio, and the receiving host calculates the phase difference between the two lines based on the transmitter data to determine whether they are in the same or different phase.

IIITAG-8600C wireless nuclear phase analyzerSafety Precautions

1. During on-site testing, operations should be carried out in accordance with the safety distance standards for high-voltage testing set by the power department.

2. The standard configuration is an insulated pole of 3 meters, corresponding to a voltage level of ≤ 220kV. If the measured line voltage is higher than 220KV, please use an insulated pole with a length greater than 3 meters.

3. When operating the nuclear phase, do not hold it beyond the position of the insulating rod handle.

4TAG-8000 wireless nuclear phase analyzerTechnical Specifications

1. Phase difference accuracy: error ≤ 5 °.

2. Frequency accuracy: ± 0.1HZ.

3. The measurement range for cross voltage is 5V to 220KV.

4. The transmitter and receiver hostThe transmission line of sight is about 100 meters.

5. Real person voice prompts for measurement results and operation steps.

6. The 320 * 240 color screen displays phase difference, frequency, loss plot, and in-phase/out of phase results simultaneously.

8. Automatic shutdown after 1 hour of inactivity.

9. Both the transmitter and receiver are equipped with rechargeable lithium batteries, which can be removed and replaced.

10. The host lithium battery capacity is about 2500mAH, and the transmitter lithium battery capacity is about 350mAH.

11. Leakage current during high voltage measurement is less than 10ua

12. The working power consumption of the transmitter is less than 0.1w, and the working power consumption of the receiving host is less than 0.3w

13. Working environment: -35 ℃ -+45 ℃, humidity ≤ 95% RH.

14. Storage environment: -40 ℃ -+55 ℃, humidity ≤ 95% RH.

15. Whole machine weight: approximately 5KG.

16. Instrument packaging dimensions: length 71cm * width 26cm * height 11cm.

TAG8600CWireless high-voltage nuclear phase analyzerIntroduction

2. Instrument self checking method

Connect the transmitter to the self-test test line as shown in the diagram. The transmitter will start, the buzzer will sound, and the red and green indicator lights will flash alternately. If the receiving host is turned on and displays the corresponding transmitter information in the close range nuclear phase mode, then both the transmitter and the host are working normally.

Hint:

(1)It is advisable for the distance between the two transmitters and the receiving host to be greater than 0.5 meters during self inspection. When the distance is less than 0.2 meters, only one transmitter may be connected while the host displays information from two transmitters. This phenomenon is normal and does not affect the use of the instrument. When both transmitters are powered on, the instrument display is not affected by short distances.

(2)There is a 2M resistor in the internal string of the self checking test line, and during testing, people who come into contact with the crocodile clip will not be electrocuted.

(3)When the self check test phase difference is about 180 degrees, reversing any self check line plug will result in a phase difference of about 0 degrees, and vice versa.
