IK impact testing device
IK impact testing deviceIt is a device used to test the mechanical collision protection level of the equipment shell, which complies with relevant standards such as IEC60068-2-75 and GB/T2423.55.
Here is a detailed introduction:
Test Principle
By freely releasing an impact element with a certain equivalent mass at a specified height, the specimen is impacted and subjected to impact testing through the conversion of gravitational potential energy to kinetic energy, in order to evaluate the impact resistance of the equipment casing.
structural composition
•Impact element: i.e. hammer head, with different specifications such as 2J, 5J, 10J, 20J, etc. Its equivalent mass, material, size, etc. vary depending on the impact energy.
•Release device: Common types include electromagnetic release and manual release buckle, which are used to control the release of the impact element to ensure that it can impact the specimen in a specified manner and speed.
•Lifting device: It is mostly composed of screw guide rails, which can achieve smooth contact between the lower end of the guide tube and the surface of the sample, and can adjust the height of the impact element to meet the testing requirements of different drop heights.
•Bracket and positioning system: The bracket is used to support the entire device and ensure its stability. The positioning system includes laser positioning, etc., which can accurately determine the position of the impact point.
•Protective devices: such as anti electric shock protection, impact box door protection, fully enclosed high-strength impact box body, etc., to prevent operators from being injured, while protecting the device and sample.
Main parameters
•Impact energy: usually covering 2J, 5J, 10J, 20J, etc., some devices can be expanded to 50J to meet the testing requirements of different IK levels.
•Drop height: Generally within the range of 0-1000mm, the accuracy can reach 1%, and different impact energies correspond to different drop heights.
•Adjustment range of impact point position: including adjustable up and down, left and right positions to adapt to samples of different sizes and shapes.
Basic Introduction:
1According to the requirements of IEC60068-2-75, IEC 62262, and high voltage switchgear standards, GB7251-2013 "Low voltage switchgear and control equipment", GB3906-2006 "3.6KV-40.5KV AC metal enclosed switchgear and control equipment", GB/T 11022-2011 "Common technical requirements for high voltage switchgear and control equipment standards", GB/T 1984-2014 "High voltage AC circuit breakers", GB/T 7674-2008 "Gas insulated metal enclosed switchgear with rated voltage of 72.5kV and above" are produced.
IIIK impact testing devicePurpose:
Mainly used for mechanical collision testing of JP cabinets, low-voltage switchgear, cable branch boxes, meter boxes, LED lamps and other products, various energy collision tests are achieved by replacing different types of hammer heads. This device has the advantages of simple operation, convenient use, and quick installation.
