working principle

Heating wire component: made of nickel chromium alloy wire, it is the core component of the instrument, which can be heated to the desired temperature through heating elements and precisely controlled and monitored by a temperature control system.

Sample fixture: used to fix the sample, ensuring that the sample remains stable during the testing process and maintains the correct relative position with the hot wire.

Remote control system: equipped with a wireless remote control, the instrument can be operated from a certain distance, such as starting and stopping the test, adjusting the temperature of the heating wire, applying time, etc., to avoid close contact between operators and high-temperature components during the test process and improve safety.
