The supergravity tail gas absorption equipment is a new type of high-efficiency distillation equipment, invented by Zhejiang University of Technology and jointly developed by Hangzhou Keli Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd. It applies supergravity technology to continuous distillation processes in industrial production. The supergravity exhaust gas absorption equipment consists of one or more high-speed rotating rotors. Gas and liquid flow through the rotors in a reverse flow manner for contact mass transfer. A 1.2-meter-high distillation tower is equivalent to a commonly used 15 meter high distillation tower, which is a major breakthrough over traditional plate towers and packed towers. The product has been identified by a national expert group and has reached a leading level (invention numbers: ZL011343214, ZL200510049145.1, US 7344126 B2). In 2007, it was approved by the National Science and Technology Innovation Fund, and in 2008, it was awarded by the Chinese governmentPetroleum and Chemical Industry AssociationFirst Prize in Scientific and Technological Progress, awarded to Teaching Yu in 2010ministrySecond Prize for Technological Invention. |
