The supergravity tail gas absorption equipment is a new type of high-efficiency distillation equipment, invented by Zhejiang University of Technology and jointly developed by Hangzhou Keli Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd. The 1.2-meter-high supergravity distillation tower is equivalent to the commonly used 15 meter high distillation tower, which is a major breakthrough over traditional plate towers and packed towers. The supergravity tail gas absorption equipment is a new type of high-efficiency distillation equipment, invented by Zhejiang University of Technology and jointly developed by Hangzhou Keli Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd. It applies supergravity technology to continuous distillation processes in industrial production. The supergravity exhaust gas absorption equipment consists of one or more high-speed rotating rotors. Gas and liquid flow through the rotors in a reverse flow manner for contact mass transfer. A 1.2-meter-high distillation tower is equivalent to a commonly used 15 meter high distillation tower, which is a major breakthrough over traditional plate towers and packed towers. The product has been identified by a national expert group and has reached a leading level (invention numbers: ZL011343214, ZL200510049145.1, US 7344126 B2). In 2007, it was approved by the National Science and Technology Innovation Fund, and in 2008, it was awarded by the Chinese governmentPetroleum and Chemical Industry AssociationFirst Prize in Scientific and Technological Progress, awarded to Teaching Yu in 2010ministrySecond Prize for Technological Invention.
The advantages of supergravity distillation technology are: (1) good performance, high efficiency, and low energy consumption; ⑵ Low height, small size, safe and reliable; ⑶ Short processing time, small liquid holding capacity, strong anti blocking ability; ⑷ Easy to operate and maintain; ⑸ Low investment and management costs.
Scope of application: Widely used in ethanol, methanol, acetone, ethyl acetate, acetonitrile, tetrahydrofuran, dichloromethane DMF、DMSO、 The recovery and product separation and purification of organic solvents such as toluene, isopropanol, and tert butanol have been industrialized and applied in more than 1600 sets in industries such as raw materials, pharmaceutical intermediates, fine chemicals, biodiesel, environmental protection, and liquor production.
