After analyzing and researching the actual production processes and procedures of numerous domestic and foreign soft capsule manufacturers, combined with the production process and characteristics of soft capsules, our company has carefully designed it using technology and materials in accordance with GMP requirements. It is widely used for dynamic drying of granular materials in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals.

The JLD-1 rotary dryer consists of 4 independent rotary cages (or determined according to user requirements) and 2 opposing fans. It is mainly used for shaping and drying in the production of soft capsules. By adjusting the forward and reverse rotation of each rotary cage, the soft capsules can be dried or automatically transferred to the next rotary cage until they are discharged into the next process.
