| The plastic hot cutting granulation unit mainly consists of a two-stage exhaust extruder, an underwater cutting die, a flexible blade holder, a vertical automatic dehydration device, a vibrating separation screen, an air delivery system, and an aggregate hopper. The cutting technology of traditional waste plastic recycling extrusion granulators is to extrude the molten strip and then cool and solidify it before cutting, while the plastic hot cutting granulator is a new type of machinery that directly cuts particles underwater in the molten state. The molten cutting granulator has obvious advantages over the solid cutting granulator. 1. Due to the fact that plastics are scraped off by blades in a molten state and cooled and solidified by circulating cooling water, high polymers of different viscosities can be cut into pellets in this form. Cutting pellets in a molten state does not form any dust, resulting in good slicing quality and regular shape, making packaging and transportation convenient; 2. It can automatically match and adjust the output and cutting speed of the die according to the extrusion volume to change the size of the cut particles, or manually adjust the number of knife holders (up to 4 pieces) to change the size and shape of the cut particles; 3. The direct cutting underwater cutting method directly cuts and cools the plastic melt adhesive, and after being dehydrated by a high-speed dehydrator, it can effectively remove the moisture from the finished particles, resulting in a good drying effect.
