This equipment is suitable for producing high-quality color mixing and powder granulation. Adopting a high-speed rotating die for grain cutting. Vortex type high-pressure circulating water cooling, two-stage vibration dehydration and gel particle filtration system, make the particles uniform, glossy and clean in appearance.

This production line is used in pelletizing of powder material blended with pigment for PP、PE、TPR material. High speed rotary-type die head is available fcutting the plastic pellet. Whirlpool-type high pressure recycle water cooling, double-stage vibrating dewater granular net filter system ensures the finished granular even, saturant glossy.
