Characteristics of Flat Double Granulator:

1. The host is designed based on the building block principle, with a screw configuration and cylinder structure that are precisely designed by a computer and have excellent self-cleaning and interchangeability.

2. New transmission torque distribution device: adopting a planar three-axis reinforced design, with a large safety margin and high-precision gear surface machining. The key bearings are fully imported, and the lubrication system is connected for protection, ensuring safety, reliability, and long service life.

3. The connection between the host screw components and the core shaft adopts advanced involute spline connection form. The screw combination can be freely replaced to meet the requirements of different high polymer new materials and new processes.

4. Various forms of metering and feeding structures and systems are used, including single screw, twin-screw, hollow spring type meshing, forced and lateral feeding, etc., according to different material states.

5. Excellent vacuum exhaust devolatilization device effectively removes volatile components, moisture, and non condensable gases from materials through vacuum pumping, improving product quality.

6. Three forms can be selected according to different production process requirements: water cooling, oil cooling, and air cooling.

7. Each granulation system has its own characteristics, including water-cooled strip cutting, air-cooled strip cutting, air-cooled die surface hot cutting, water ring die surface hot cutting, eccentric water mist hot cutting, and underwater die surface hot cutting. It is recommended to choose according to needs.
