1、 Using high-efficiency compressors:
Selected original imported European and American brands of semi enclosed screw and semi enclosed reciprocating compressors. The compressors are selected from original imported world-renowned brands such as BITZER (Germany), HANBELL (Taiwan), RefComp (Italy), etc., with good performance, low noise, and low energy consumption. Depending on customer needs and cooling tonnage, single or multi machine combinations are used. The compressor can automatically alternate operation according to load changes, with automatic energy regulation (25% -50% -75% -100%), balancing the operating hours of each compressor, greatly extending the service life of the chiller unit.
2、 Evaporator (high-efficiency heat exchange external threaded copper tube):
The evaporator copper tube of the TuXiang brand screw chiller adopts an internally and externally threaded reinforced tube. The surface of the copper tube has threads, the outer surface of the copper tube is smooth, and the cooling effect is good. The evaporator cylinder is insulated with a 25mm thick PE insulation board, which does not condense and reduces the loss of cooling capacity.
3、 Condenser (using high-efficiency external threaded heat exchange copper tubes from Kobe, Japan):
The condenser of the Tuxiang brand screw chiller adopts copper pipes imported from foreign countries and processed into trapezoidal low assist pipes to enhance heat transfer capacity. The surface of the copper tube is smooth, reducing water pressure and making it easy to clean and maintain.
4、 Protection devices (12 types of safety protection devices, safe and fault free operation for more than 48000 hours):
The protection system devices for all industrial chillers of the TuXiang brand include temperature control switches, antifreeze switches, fusible plugs, high and low pressure switches, overload protectors, compressor overheat protectors, compressor frequent start protectors, and abnormal indicator lights.
5、 Computer control system:
The company has developed a highly intelligent PLC and PC level computer control system, which can be used for remote monitoring and control, with simple operation and connection between the host and the power supply. Low failure rate, high safety factor, and simple installation. The system control can be adjusted in real-time, intuitive and reliable.
