2 Conditions of Use

1. During the operation of the water pump, a certain submergence depth must be ensured, and the minimum submergence depth value can be found in the installation dimension diagram of the pump.

2. The water must not contain any oily substances.

3. The water must not contain excessive corrosive minerals.

4. The sand content in the water shall not exceed0.01%(Weight ratio).

5. WaterPHThe value should be in6.58.5Beyond this range, special customization is required.

6. Wells should be upright.

3 STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION

The structural diagram of VTP series pump is shown in the figure1As shown.

<1> Driver type 1>

The VTC series pumps have four driving forms: i) directly driven by ordinary vertical motors; Ii) Directly driven by a vertical hollow shaft motor; Iii) Equipped with a diesel engine or steam turbine, driven by a variable speed through a right angle gearbox; Iv) Equipped with a horizontal motor and driven by a variable speed through a right angle gearbox.

<2> Structure 2>

The pump equipment mainly consists of three parts: pump body components, lifting pipe components, and pump seat components. The first two parts are located underground, while the pump seat is located above the well.

I) Pump body components

The pump body components mainly include: filter screen, impeller, sealing ring, cone sleeve, suction horn mouth, guide vane body, guide bearing, impeller shaft and other parts.

The suction horn mouth is connected to the guide vane body and the guide vane body with flanges, and the impeller is fixed with a cone sleeve.

Ii) Water lifting pipe components

The lifting pipe components consist of lifting pipes, transmission shafts, guide bearing bodies, guide bearings, and couplings.

Flanged connections are used between the lifting pipes; There are two types of couplings: threaded couplings and sleeve couplings, and threaded couplings are generally used.

Iii) Pump seat components

The pump seat components mainly include the outlet bend pipe and packing device. When driven by a regular vertical motor, it is also equipped with motor support, thrust bearing components, anti reverse mechanism, pump, motor coupling and other components.

The entire pump seat component is fixed to the foundation with multiple anchor bolts.

4 install

Before installation, it is essential to inspect the pump equipment.

lCount the components and check if they are lost or damaged.

lCheck if the tightness of all assembled fasteners is appropriate.

lRotate the pump shaft smoothly.

Installation steps:

<1> Install the filter screen. 1>

<2> Connect the lower drive shaft to the impeller shaft using a coupling. 2>

<3> Connect the lower lifting water pipe to the top guide housing with bolts. 3>

<4> Lift the connected components mentioned above and slowly place them into the well, then use the flange of the flange to support and fix them on the square wood of the well platform. 4>

<5> Install the guide bearing components and the previous transmission shaft and lifting pipe. 5>

<6> Repeat steps4With steps5Until all transmission shafts and lifting pipes are installed. 6>

<7> Remove the packing from the filling chamber of the outlet bend, lift the outlet bend, pass the upper shaft through the filling chamber hole, connect the upward water pipe and the outlet bend, and then slowly lower it until the outlet bend falls on the foundation. 7>

<8> Install the packing and tighten the packing gland. 8>

<9> According to different driving methods, the following steps can be divided into three situations: 9>

I) Ordinary vertical motor drive

First, install the motor support on the upper part of the outlet bend, then fix the thrust bearing body to the motor support with bolts. Insert the thrust bearing into the thrust bearing body, attach the key to the upper shaft, insert the bearing liner, install the anti reverse ratchet, and finally install the pump coupling. Ii) Hollow shaft motor drive

Remove the waterproof cover on the upper end of the motor, lift the motor so that the upper shaft passes through the hollow rotor of the motor, install the motor on the outlet bend, and install the adjusting nut.

Iii) Driven by a right angle gearbox

The installation method is similar to that of the hollow shaft motor drive.


Vertical turbine long shaft pumps (VTP) are divided into the following four products based on impeller type and drive mode:

1. LC type single-stage or multi-stage centrifugal pumps or mixed flow pumps (corresponding to API 610 VS1 pumps) used for high head, among which the vertical multi-stage guide vane centrifugal pump can be extended to a vertical drum bag pump (corresponding to API 610 VS6 pumps).

2. HLB (K) single-stage mixed flow pump (inclined flow pump) for large flow and medium head.

3. ZLB single-stage axial flow pump for high flow and low head (corresponding to API 610 VS3 pump).

4. Right angle gearbox drive for firefighting and offshore platforms or areas with insufficient power supplyVertical long shaft pump.

Maximum temperature: 200 ℃ (388 ℉)

Structural characteristics

The water outlet elbow above 10 inches is a welded component. Suitable for high-temperature liquid pump transportation.

The external connecting pipe and guide vane body are both connected by flanges and positioned with a stop, making it easy to install and remove during maintenance.

The external connecting pipe with stopper positioning has low cost, easy maintenance, and few malfunctions.

The transmission shafts are connected by key couplings for easy maintenance.

When pumping media with particulate matter, a closed drive shaft design with a protective tube can be used, and external flushing water can be used to flush the guide bearings, which is suitable for pumping corrosive and abrasive media.

There are various bearing materials available for selection, such as rubber, Sailong, carbon fiber, ceramics, etc.

The replaceable shaft sleeve surface has undergone hardening treatment to extend its service life.

The impeller and guide vane body are equipped with double sealing rings.

Surface hardening treatment extends the service life. When pumping solid special media, the sealing ring can be rinsed with external water.

The product structure design is flexible and can be customized according to user requirements.
