Widely used in the transportation of fly ash and return water pipelines in thermal power generation systems, tailings and slurry transportation in the mining industry, high-pressure transportation of coal powder and coal water slurry in coal preparation plants, and transportation of slurry and corrosive media containing slag in other industries. (1) Having all the characteristics of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipes

Due to the complete and effective isolation between the conveying medium and the steel pipe, it only comes into contact with the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipe layer. With the unique molecular structure of UHMW-PE, it has all the characteristics of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipes, such as extremely high wear resistance, excellent chemical stability, good self-lubricating properties, non toxicity to organisms, unique low temperature resistance, surface non adhesion, etc., greatly extending the service life of the pipeline.

(2) Extremely high impact resistance

Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene pipes themselves have extremely high impact resistance. As a steel pipe for strengthening the protective layer, they can effectively prevent the creep of the lining pipe, increase its ability to resist impact, pressure, bending, and strength, and have stronger bearing capacity. They can withstand higher water pressure than ordinary engineering plastic pipes. After testing, they can reach 6.4Mpa. Moreover, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene composite pipes are not afraid of bumps and the lining will not break, making them particularly suitable for high-pressure conveying pipeline equipment in harsh environments.

(3) Good insulation performance

Due to the fact that the thermal conductivity of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipes is more than 1000 times lower than that of steel, it can greatly reduce the insulation requirements for pipeline transportation. Its temperature performance is good in environments ranging from -50 ℃ to 80 ℃, which is of great significance for fluid transportation in cold regions.

(4) Long service life

This product combines the advantages and characteristics of two types of pipes, greatly improving its service life. Currently, it is a high-tech product that cannot be compared to other pipes.

(5) Easy to install

This product mainly adopts flange connection, which is easy to disassemble and dismantle, easy to install, and does not add any anti-corrosion sealing at the pipe joint connection, reducing the number of failure points in the pipeline and facilitating maintenance, greatly reducing installation and maintenance costs, and improving economic efficiency.

(6) Reusable

Steel pipes only require a one-time investment, and used old steel pipes can be repaired and lined with ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipe layers for continued use.
