Top mounted magnetic float level gauge
Developed based on the principle of buoyancy and magnetic coupling. When the liquid level in the tested container rises or falls, the magnetic float in the liquid level gauge body tube also rises or falls accordingly. The magnetic steel inside the float is transmitted to the magnetic flip column indicator through magnetic coupling, driving the red and white flip columns to flip 180 °. When the liquid level rises, the flip column changes from white to red, and when the liquid level falls, it changes from red to white. The red white boundary of the indicator is the actual height of the liquid level inside the container, thus achieving clear indication of the liquid level.

The top mounted magnetic flap level gauge can be equipped with a resistance dry spring or magnetostrictive level transmitter, which can display digital signals locally or output 4-20mA standard remote transmission electrical signals for recording and display instruments or industrial process control centers. Magnetic control switches can also be installed to monitor and alarm the liquid level, or to control the operation of electric motors and pumps through relays

transmitter
The transmitter is tied to the outside of the main tube of the magnetic flap level gauge with a clamp, so that it is in the same magnetic coupling system as the level gauge. When the magnetic float moves up and down with the liquid level, the dry spring chip group corresponding to the liquid level position is affected and moved by the magnetic field inside the float, and the resistance chain value changes. The changed resistance signal is converted into a 4-20mADC standard signal through a conversion module and transmitted to the secondary instrument PLC、DCS, Thus achieving the purpose of liquid level display, control, regulation, and alarm.

When the magnetic float moves up and down with the liquid level, the reed switch corresponding to the liquid level position is attracted by the magnetic field inside the float, and the changing signal is converted into a passive switch signal output through a conversion module.
